My journey began when I joined the Fighting Fit Family in October 2015, after they came highly recommended to me. I had recently had my 3rd child and wanted to lose my baby weight and to regain my fitness. After rebuilding my confidence and passion for running and exercise, I was soon competing in several races, ranging from Obstacle Course Races to a Marathon in 2018. I also took up Cycling and completed a 100km sportive, along with a Sprint Duathlon.
In 2017, I took an interest in the Kickboxing classes and I am now currently a Blue Belt aiming to go even further and loving it in the process. I still maintain my fitness by attending 4+ classes per week, continuing to develop my wellbeing.
